Mynydd offer a range of extreme activities guaranteed to get the thrill seekers out there feeling the buzz of adrenalin; Coasteering - traversing the beautiful Welsh coastline, climbing and jumping from the cliffs into the sometime azure waters, Canyoning - scrambling, sliding, jumping and crawling down through the most amazing waterfalls and gorged rivers in South Wales, Caving and Pot-Holing - Wales has some of the largest and most fabulous cave systems in Britain, with Mynydd we go deep, deep underground visiting some of the most unseen and remarkably beautiful areas in the whole of the British Isles.
